Island, Now York" surveyed June 28th, 1922 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, C. E.
-. & Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y., and filed in the office of the County
Clerk of Suffolk County, N.Y. August 16th, 1922, file No. 156.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party
-� of the first part of, in and to the land under water in Cutchogue Harbor
abutting said preatises.
Z. SUBJECT, however, to an Casement over a strip of land extending
fifteen (15) foot in width along the above high water mark which shall
form part of a common roadway for the benefit of all persons owning
lands on said Nassau Point, including the grantee herein.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions contained in prior deeds
of record.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same promises convoyed to the party
of the first part by dead dated December 69 1960 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 12, 1960 in Libor 4920 of
Deeds at page 201.
