WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second

BEGIN14ING at a point on the northerly side of a 50-foot private road

of said private road from its intersection with the westerly side of

westerly from the westerly line of land of Dayton measured on the line
drawn at right angles thereto , and which point of intersection is also

side of the said private road , and this point of intersection of said

from the westerly line of Dayton 's Land measured on a line drawn at -..
right angles thereto from said point of BEGINNING ; running thence
along land now or formerly of Campbell on a line drawn at right angles
to the northerly side of said 50 foot private road 88 feet more or less
to the high water mark of Corey Harbor; running thence westerly along
said high water mark 100 feet more or less to other land of Campbell
at a point therein which is distant -100 feet from the first mentioned
course when measured along a line drawn at right angles thereto ;
running thence southerly along other land of Campbell and again at
right angles to the northerly side of the said private road 82 feet
more or less to the northerly side of said private road ; running
thence easterly along the northerly side of said 50 feet private road
100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING .
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGL•'THER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement arrl will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
