SCHWARTZ, of 186 Joralemon Street, Brooklyn, New York, as
Trustee 1n Bankruptcy of the Estate of JOSEPH CICHANOWICZ,
Bankrupt, in consideration of the sum of $150.00, lawful
money of the United States, to me in hand paid by Jessie A.
Celie, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and pur-
suant to the order of Hon. William J. Rudin, Referee in
Bankruptcy, in a proceeding in the United States District
Court, Eastern District of New York, entitled UIn the Matter
of Joseph Cichanowicz, Bankrupt, file No. 63B 635, which
order was duly made and entered on the 15th day of June,
1963, do by these presents, GRANT, CONVi.'Y, REMISE, quIT
CLAJl1 AND RZL.&1.SZ unto Jessie I... Celie. of l67~ Sound Avenu
Riverhead, New York, the right, title and interest of the
Trustee in Bankruptcy, in and to the following described
property: -
IlALL that parcel of land situate at Mattituck,
Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and de-
scribed as follows:
BEGINNING at a point formed by the intersection
of the southerly line of New Suffolk Avenue and the easterly
line of Reeve Avenue, so called, and running thence souther-
ly along Reeve Avenue to lands of James Norrisj running
thence easterly along lands of James Norris to lands formerl
of Gladys Cox, now of Miller; running thence northerly along
westerly line of lands of Miller to New Suffolk Avenue; runM
ning thence westerly along the southerly line of New Suffolk
Avenue to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way OVer Reeve Avenue as
it now exists and as laid out and defined by agreement and
conveyance recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Libe
629 of Deeds, Page 168 between George B. Reeve, Florence M.
Reeve and Phoebe Hollister whereby a permanent right of way
25 feet in width is now known as Reeve Avenue was created.
