Applegarth, C.E., dated October 1905, and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 1st day of November, 1905, which point is distant 32 feet easterly from the northeast corner of Lot No. 22 as shown on said map; and running thence along the southerly side of South Road North 60° 45' East 79.5 feet, more or less, to high water mark of Gardiners or Deep Hole Creek; again commencing at the point of beginning and running along land now or formerly of Charles W. Wickham South 47° 451 East 52.7 feet; thence still along said land now or formerly of Charles W.
