and land of Mattituak Laundromat, Inc.; running thence along said land
N. 43" 41' 20" W. 59.91 feet to a monument and said land of Zimnoski;
thence running along said land of Zimnoski N. 470 361: 10" E. 230.00
feet to the monument at the point of beginning.
