COMMENCING at a concrete monument set in the Northerly side of the

monument marks the southeast comer of the premises about to be described
and is about 425 feet westerly from the end of thepoint and therWesterly
bank of Deep Hole Creek measured along the Northerly side of the private
road and which concrete monument is also 20 feet northerly from another,
concrete monument set in the southerly side of the.Private Road, and marking
the Northwest corner of the land of Robert S. Barker; running thence in a
westerly direction along northerly side of said private Road a distance of
60 feet; and thence running northerly and parallel with the easterly boundary
''. line of the premises being described a distance of about 115 feet-more or less
to the Southerly side of Deep Howcreek; and thence running in an easterly
''. direction along the southerly side of Deep Hole Creek as it winds and turns
