map was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk,
New York, on or about January 3rd, 1914, as Number Forty-one; said
lots Numbers Seventeen and Eighteen being collectively bounded
easterly by South Drive, southerly by lot Twelve, westerly by lot
Sixteen and Northerly by Bay View Avenue, all as shown on said map.
