Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 28, 1935, as Map No. 1179, said
premises being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point formed by the intersection of the northerly
line of Bittersweet Lane with the easterly line of Horton Road (as
I' shown on said Map); running thence in a northerly direction along the
' easterly line of Horton Road north 23 degrees 50' west a distance of
200 feet; running thence north.66 degrees 22t 50" east a distance of
100 feet; running thence south 23 degrees 50' east a distance of 200
feet to the northerly line of Bittersweet Lane; running thence in a
westerly direction along the northerly line of Bittersweet Lane south
! 66 degrees 22' 50" west a distance of 100 feet to the point or place
of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
! first part, if any, in and to Bittersweet Lane and Horton Road, lying
in front of and abutting said premises, to the respective center lines
thereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by Raymond T. Graham and Ella M. Graham, his wife,
by deed dated March 28, 1957, and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on March 28, 1957, in Liber 4278 of Deeds, at page 525,
and subject to the covenants and restrictions contained in said deed.
SUBJECT to a first mortgage, in the original principal sum of
$7,500.00, made by the party of the first part to SOUTHOLD
SAVINGS BANK.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any;of the patty ofthefirst part in and to any streets and
roads'alipning-the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the,pppur[enapces
