lying and being kxtbx at Nassau Point, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, being Lot Number 244 and part of 243 on map entitled, "Amend-
ed Map A of Nassau Point owned by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc.
situated in the Town of Southold, Long Island, New Yorkul surveyed
June 28, 1922 by Otto Van Tuyl C. E. and Surveyor, Greenport, New
York", and filed in the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County,
New York, August 16, 1922, File Number 156 and bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the southerly line of
Little Peconic Bay Road at the northwesterly corner of Lot 244 and
running thence along said southerly line of Little Peconic Bay Road
to a point which is South 80G 091 30" East 94.02 feet from the
point of beginning; thence through Lot 243 South 0" 441 00" West
305 feet, more or less, to Wunneweta Pond; thence westerly along
said Wunneweta Pond 140 feet, more or less, to land of Vanston;
thence along said land of Vanston, North 80 281 3011 East 340 feet,
more or less, to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party
of the first part in and to land below the mean high water mark and
under the waters of Wunneweta Pond adjacent to said premises.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record affecting: said
premises.
