Riverhead, New York, March 28th, 1935, under File No. 1179, being
the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by Ralph
W. Sterling, residing at Cutchogue, Suffolk County, New York, by
deed dated October 12, 1935 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk
of Suffolk County on October 22, 1935, in liber No. 1835 of deeds
at page 416.
