BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly side of the 28 foot right
of way, which point is 365 feet distant Northerly from the North
side of the Middle Road, said point also marking the Northeasterly
corner of land now or formerly of Henry W; Stanley, running thence
North along said right of way a distance of 50 feet to a points
thence West and in a line parallel with the Northerly side of the
Middle Road, 140 feet to a point, thence Southerly a distance of 50
feet in a line parallel with the Easterly boundary of land hereby
conveyed; thence Easterly and parallel with the Northerly side of the
Middle Road 140 feet to the point or place of beginning, said last
course running along the land now or formerly of Henry W. Stanley.
TOGETHER WITH a right of way over lands of the First Baptist
Church of Cutchogue, Long island,

right of way being approximately 28feet wide and running from the
Middle Road to the northerly boundary of the property of the First
Baptist Church of Cutchogue, Long Island, New York.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor
herein by First Baptist Church of Cutchogue, Long Island, New York by
deed dated September 30 1930 andrecorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on May 1L 1931 in Liber 1576 at page 570-
