bounded and described as follows:

Drive and the westerly side of Richmond Road, said point and place of beginning
also being the division line between the within described premises and land now
or formerly of Armstrong where same intersects the westerly side of Richmond
Road;

1.56.67 feet to land now or formerly of Doering;
Thence along land now or formerly of Doering and along land now or formerly of
Sawicki, North 34° 12' 30" West 124.29 feet to land now or formerly of P. , B & D
Quinn;
Thence along said land of P. , B. & D Quinn North 71° 41' 30" East 190.72 feet to
the westerly side of Richmond Road;
Thence along the westerly side of Richmond Road, South 18° 18' 30" East 119.53
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heiss or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
1 the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive nub consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
\� apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the

The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture w requires.
