by the party of the second pan,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the helm or
memsors and assigns of the party of the accond part forever,
ALL that certain plot,pies or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,simate,
ging and being in the Village of Fattituek, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known as plot "E" on map entitled
"Map of Shore Acres, Situate Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk
Co., N. Y., Surveyed Dec. 1913 by Roswell S. Baylis, C. E.,
Huntington, L. I.11, which map was filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk, New York, on or about January 3rd
1914, as Number Forty-one, said Plot E being bounded Northerly
by Plot F for a distance of six hundred sixty-six and eighty-nine
hundredths feet; Easterly by Mattituck Bay for a distance of one
hundred and fifty feet, more or less, along the high water line
of said Bay; Southerly by Plot D for a distance of seven hundred
eight and three hundredths feet; and nesterly by South Drive (so
called) for a distance of one hundred ten and eleven hundredths
feet, all as shown on said map.
ALSOLa right of way and passage over Bay View Ave., North
Drive and South Drive, as shown on said map.
ALSO all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part in and to Mattituck Bay and the shores therof in front
of said Plot E.
