WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second pan forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, situate,

County, New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the westerly line of Fleet's Neck Road,
100 feet northerly along said westerly line from South Cross Road,
being the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Henry
Lauber; and running along said land now or formerly of Lauber south

party of the first part and her husband LUIGI DeLUCIA (who died on
October 21, 1957) by deed of LeROY S. REEVE, as executor of and
trustee under the last will and testament of George H. Fleet, deed.,
dated November 2, 1955, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk in Liber 4018 of Deed$, at page 408, on
November 16, 1955• -
