j THIS INDENTURE made the 20th day of February ,nineteen huvdred and sixty
BETWEEN LAURA B. BOSTON, residing at Pequash Avenue (no at. no.),
Cutchogue, New York,
party of the first part,and MADOLIN FLEET BARTEAU, residing at Pequash Avenue
(no at. no.), Cutchogue, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon crated.situate,
lying and being in 1W Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows[
BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the southwesterly line of Fleet's
Neck Road at a point 200 feet southeasterly along said southwesterly
line of said road from a granite monument at the intersection of the
southerly line of Main Road with said southwesterly line of Fleet's
Neck Road; running thence along said southwesterly line of Fleet's
Neck Road 75 feet to i concrete-mongment; thence southwesterly 202.64
feet to concrete monument which is 250 feet southeasterly from the
southerly line of said Main Road, m assured on a line 200 feet south-
westerly from the sou', hwebterly line of Fleet's Neck Road; thence
northwesterly and par,alel to said Fleet's Neck Road75feet to a
concrete monument; thence northeasterly parallel to the southeasterly
line above described 202.64 feet to the point of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as those conveyed by George
H. Fleet and wife to 4, Burton Horton, now deceased, by deed, dated
September 26, 1925, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County in Liber 1151 pf°beeds, at page 21, on September 30, 1925, the
party of the first part-herein being the widow of said A. Burton Horton
and devisee of said premises under his Last Will and Testament hereto-
fore probated in the Surrogate's Cburt, Suffolk County. The full name
of said A. Burton Horton was Addison Burton Horton.
THE above-mentioned Fleet's Neck Road is now also known as Pequash
Avenue.
