being, at Peconic, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly side of Middle Road
where the division line between premises herein described and the
land formerly of Frank T. Horton and now the A. Doroski Estate ad-
joining on the east intersects the said northerly side of Middle
Road;
running thence along the said northerly side of Middle Road,
South 70o 291 20" West 537.16 feet to land of Lenahan;
thence along said land of Lenahan the following two courses and
distances:
(1) North 470 301 30" West 270.70 feet;
(2) South 70o 291 20" West 100 feet to land of M. Comiskey
Estate at a large oak tree;

deeddated January 8, 1910 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office in Liber 708 of Deeds at pave 410, and of which Margaret
Lenahan, his wife, was seized and nossessed at the time of her death
September 14, 1958
