1942 in Liber 2223 of Conveyances at Page 267; running thence North
270 1$1 West 132 feet to a concrete monument; thence running North 640
001 East 83.5 feet to another concrete monument; thence running
81th 27° 151 East 132 feet to another concrete monument on the north-
erly side of Middle Road said monument being 404 feet westerly from
land of Ralph W. Tuthill; running thence South 640 001 West 83.5 feet
along the northerly side of Middle Road to the point or place of
beginning.
