parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the Village of Mattituck, Town of SoutholdI
County of Suffolk and State of New York, and being known as Lot No.
Fourteen (14), Bungalow Sites, on map entitled "Plan of Marratooka
Park, Bay Lots and Bungalow Sites, from survey of Franklin F. Overton,
M.R., dated March, 1910 and revised December, 1913 correcting and
superseding the Plan of Marratooka Park by A. R. Applegarth, C. E.
dated October, 1905, Franklin F. Overton, M. E., December, 191311, and
filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk as Map No. 1 .
SAID PREMISES being further described as follows: BEGINNING at a
deflection point on the easterly side of Bungalow Lane at the South-
west corner of the premises herein described adjoining land of
M. Wickham on the south, said point of beginning being 377.2 feet
from the intersection of the northerly side of Park Avenue and the
northeasterly side of Bungalow Lane as measured along the northeasterl
side of Bungalow Lane; from said point or place of beginning running

N. 16' 56' W. 100.0 feet to other land of M. Wickham; running thence
t .1 N. 730 04' 00" E. 315 feet to ordinary high water mark of Deep Hole
Creek; running thence in a southerly and southeasterly direction along
Deep Hole Creek, the tie line being S. 160 56' 00" E. 100.0 feet to
other land of M. Wickham; running thence along said other land of
M. Wickham S. 73° 04' 00" W. 315.0 feet to the point or place of
beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part of, in and to that portion of Bungalow Lane adjacent
to said premises to the canter line thereof.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part of, in and to waters and the land under the waters of
Gardiner's Creek adjacent to said premises.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record, if any, affecting
said premises.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part herein by deed dated April 18, 1947 and recorded in
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 28, 1947 in Liber 2699 of
deeds, Page 272, and thereafter conveyed by the party of the first
part herein to the parties of the second part herein by deed dated
November 10, 1956 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
November 23, 1956 in Liber 4218 of deeds, Page 140, this being a
correction deed to identify the premises by survey description and as
being the same premises in Liber 2699, Page 272.
