BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
party of the second part by deed dated April 13, 1940 executed by
Henry W. S. Bangert and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk3s Office
on April 17, 1940 in Liber 2095, Page 286, this being a correction

deed to correct and eliminate the reference in said deed to the
