SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State
of New York, known and designated as Lot 2 as shown on a certain map
entitled "Subdivision Map of Long Pond Estates, Section One" , and
filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on December 27, 1985
as Map No. 8037 , said lot being more particularly bounded and de-
scribed as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Long Creek Drive
distant 1055 . 33 feet northeasterly from the corner formed by the
northerly side of Long Creek Drive and the northeasterly side of
Laurel Avenue;
