lawful money of the United States, and other valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being kDAX at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk, State of New York, shown and designated as f1Map of Tollewood,
Mattituck, Long Island, New Yorkt filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office on January 25, 1927 as Map No.175 as Lots 64 and 65, which
said lots, when taken together, are bounded and described as followst
BEGINNING at a monument set on the corner formed by the intersection
of the northerly line of Meday Avenue with the westerly line of
Pennsylvania Avenue; running thence South 77024[00^ West along the
northerly line of Meday Avenue 100 feet to a monument; thence North
6°04120" East 230.80 feet to the southerly line of land now or
formerly of Duryea; thence North 73030''30^ East along said last
mentioned land 104 feet to the westerly line of Pennsylvania Avenue;
and thence South 6°23'00^ West along the westerly line of
Pennsylvania Avenue 238.70 feet to the pointor place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part over the roads shown on said map of Tollewood to be
used for the purpose of ingress and egress from the highways known
as Westphalia Road and Cox Neck Lane. Also, all the right, title
and intenest, if any, to Meday Avenue in front of said premises, to
the center line thereof and to and from the waters of Mattituck
Harbor (Howard Branch).
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party
ofthe first part byCatherine T. Powers by deed dated June 3,1955
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on September 24,
1956 in Liber 4519 of deeds at page 339.
