TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part over the roads shown on said map of Tollewood to be used for the purpose of ingress and egress from the highways known as Westphalia Road and Cox Neck Lane. Also, all the right, title and intenest, if any, to Meday Avenue in front of said premises, to the center line thereof and to and from the waters of Mattituck Harbor (Howard Branch). BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party ofthe first part byCatherine T. Powers by deed dated June 3,1955 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on September 24, 1956 in Liber 4519 of deeds at page 339.
