Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:

side of Bay Avenue (Bay Road), which monument marks the North-
westerly corner of land now or formerly of Barker and later of Kelen;
thence Northerly along the Easterly side of Bay Avenue, 100 feet to
another stone monument set at the Southwesterly corner of lands now
or for merly of Riley Brothers, later Vanderwerg Estate; thence along
the last mentioned lands North 72 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds East,
1456 feet to the ordinary highwater mark of James Creek, formerly
known as Bay Creek; thence in a Southerly direction along James
Creek, 100 feet more or less to lands now or formerly of Barker,

Said premises being those conveyed by Daniel T. Riley, Norah Riley,
William T. Riley, George H. Riley and Mae B. Riley to Abraham
Mellinger by deed made the 21st day of January, 1911, said deed
having been recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber
—�^ 753 of Deeds, page 559, on the 4th day of February, 1911.
