Case, a distance of about 208.56 feet. TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in and to the Main Highway, adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises described in a deed from Alma R. Iverson to Harry Pumillo dated November 7, 1951 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office on November 9, 1951 in liber 3287 of Deeds atpage361. SUBJECT to the zoning and building restrictions and regulations, if any, of the Town of Southold. SUBJECT to encroachments of stoops, areas, cellar steps, trim and cornices, if any, upon any street or highway. SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey may show.
