Soper and Henrietta Soper, his wife, at al. to Harold Simonson and Nellie H. Simonson, his wife, recorded in Liber 17111 cp 340; running thence North 8202650" West along the southerly side of said deed description a distance of 172.80 feet to the easterly side of Strohson Road; thence northerly along the easterly side of Strohson Road 100 feet to the point or place of beginning. Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in, and to the land lying in Strohson Road, in front of and adjoining said premises to the center line thereof. SUBJECT to a Purchase Money Bond and Mortgage of $180600.00 for 30 years at 6% interest to be recorded simultaneously herewith. _
