and 109, together with all that adjoining parcel of land heretofore
described in a certain deed granting said parcel to H. Marguerite
Goldsmith from Sheila A. Goldsmith Strub duly recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on July 24, 1947 in Liber 2731
