Van Tuyl, C. E. & Surveyor, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of

the County of Suffolk on August 16, 1922 as Map No. 156.
-. BEING a portion of the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein
by deed dated the 26th day of May, 1958, recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of Suffolk County, on the 28th day of May, 1958, in Liber
No. 4465 Page 438.-
TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest, if any, of the
parties of the first part in the premises and to any land lying
under water or beyond the ordinary high water line of Little Peconic
Bay. The above premises being bounded and described as follows:-

36 minutes 50 seconds West along the Northerly line of Lot 27 aforesaid
433.48 feet to the Easterly side of Nassau Point Road, the point or
