BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Main Road
(Kings Highway) which point is the north easterly corner of premises
now or formerly of L. B. Hallock and the northwesterly corner of
premises herein described, thence running along Main Road north
39°24' east 213.60 feet to land now or formerly of Ernest Wilsberg,
thence along said land the following two courses and distances;
south 19045' east 135.60 feet and south 28030'30" east 112.14 feet
to land now or formerly of D. D. Jackson; thence along said land
the following two courses and distances; south 51027' west 93.50
feet and south 21°49' east 50 feet to land of Harold Hallock; thence
along said land south 71000' west 100.25 feet to the land of L. B.
Hallock; thence along said land north 23020' west 216.10 feet to
the southerly side of Main Road, the point or place of BEGINNING.

EXCEPTING from and out of the granted premises, the following
"ALL that certain piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being
at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point located the following two courses and
distances from the intersection of the southeasterly side of Main
Road (N.Y.S. Route 25) with the westerly line of land conveyed by
Harry Pumillo to Ernest and Harold Wilsberg by deed in liber 3348cp
505;
(1) South 39024' west along the southeasterly side of
Main Street, 195.60 feet; and .a
(2) South 23°20' east" 116.10 feet to the point or
place of beginning and from said point or place of
beginning,
South 230201. east, 100 'Peet to land now or formerly
of Harold Hallock; thence along said last mentioned land,
north 71000' east, 100.25 feet; thence north 21°49' west,
100 feet; and running thence westerly in a straight line
100 feet more or less to the point or place of beginning.
