party of the second part,

northwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Williams; running

a distance of 206.7 feet to a concrete monument and land now or
formerly of Darland; running thence South 640 491 west along said land
now or formerly of Durland and along land now or formerly of Fleet a
distance of 78.7 feet; running.thence South 680 401 west still along
said land now or formerly of Fleet a distance of 12.13 feet toother
land of W. harry Lister hereinafter described as Parcel II; running
thence North 32 181 west along said other land of W. Harry Lister
hereinafter described as Parcel II a distance of 194.64 feet to the
southerly line of Southern Cross Road; running thence North 57o 421
east along the southerly line of Southern Cross Road a distance of
90.0 feet to the concrete monument set at the point or place of

BEGINNING at a point in the southerly line of Southern Cross Road
440 feet westerly along said line from the westerly line of Fleet's Necl
Road ceing at the northwesterly corner of land heretofore described as
Parcel I; running thence South 320 181 east along said land heretofore
described as Parcel I a distance of 194.64 feat to land now or formerly
of Fleet; running thence South 680 401 west along said land now or
formerly of Fleet and along land now or formerly of Tan Eyck and Weeks
a distance of 91.67 feat to other land of W. Harry Lister; running
thence Borth 320 18' west along said other land of W. Harry Lister a
distance of 177.20 feet to the southerly line of Southern Cross Road;
running thence North 570 421 east aiong the southerly line of
Southern Cross Road a distance of 90,0 feet to the point or place of

The above two cereals being and intended to be part of the

of and trustee under the last will and testament of George H. Pleat,
deceased, by deed dated March 23, 1957, and recorded in the -
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 28, 1957, in Liber 4278 op 478;
and the above courses and distances being taken from a survey made
for W. Harry Lister by Otto W. VanTuyl & Son, dated April 22, 1957,
and revised July 2, 1957•
