Beginning at a point on the north side of Horton Avenue, which
point is five hundred thirty-three and five-tenths(533.5) feet west of
Westphalia Avenue; thence running in a westerly direction along the
northerly side of Horton Avenue, a distance of fifty(50) feet; thence
in a northerly direction a distance of one hundred fift7(150) feet;
thence in an easterly direction a distance of fifty(50) feet; thence
in a southerly direction along property of Edith M. Young a dist-ince
of one hundred fifty(150) feet to the point or place of beginning.

Being and intended to be the property formerly conveyed by Margaret
Dayton to Eugene B. Dayton and Margaret Dayton under deed dated
June 29, 1951 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on August 8, 1951 in Liber 3249, Page173.
