May 10, 1921 as Map No. 745, said part of Lots being more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly
side of Meday Avenue with the westerly side of Howard Avenue; running

minutes West 120 feet; running thence South 76 degrees 31 minutes 10
seconds west 106.44 feet to the division line between Lots 337 and 38
