19.08 feet to an iron pipe and land of Swiatocha; thence along said
land of Swiatooha and along land or Terry and Hill, N. 1140 021

thence along said land of the County of Suffolk, two courses as
follows: (1) Easterly on a curve to the left having a radius of

or less, a distance of 92 feet, more or less to said westerly line
