ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
tyingaodbeinginthe TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, at Mattituck, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows: On the North
by land of Robinson; on the East by land of Edelman; on the South by
the center line of a road or avenue called Maple Avenue and extending
to Bridge Road; on the West by Bridge Road; on the North and West
by land of Suter, and containing about three (3) acres, be the same
more or less, subject to the use of said Maple Avenue by owners of
property abutting on said Avenue.
TOGETHERwitha right of way over said Maple Avenue, in common
with others, for ingress and egress between said premises and Bridge
Road a public highway also called Grand Avenue.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by the
first parties to the second parties by deed dated November 17th, 1943,
and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 2326 of Deeds
at Page 551. This being a confirmation deed to provide for a right
of way for ingress and egress from said premises,
