ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate.
lyingandbeingkftx at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York,. bounded and described as followss-
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the east-
erly side of Little Neck Road with the southerly side of a private
road known as Strohson Road;; running thence easterly along the
southerly aide of said Strohson Road 169.4 feet to the westerly
line of land of Stanley Mason; running thence southerly along the
westerly line of land last mentioned 185 feet, more or leas to
the meadow land of said Frank A. McGee and Alva E. McGee, his wife,
formerly meadow land of Harrison C. Goldsmith; running thence west-
erly along said meadow land 213 feet, more or less, to the easterly
side of Little Neck Road; running thence Northerly along the east-
erly aide of said Road 151 feet, more or less, to the point or
place of.beginning.
TOGETHER with an easement .for ingress and egress over
and upon said private road known as Strohson Road as it leads
westerly in front of said premises to Little Neck Road.
TOGETHER also with all the right title and interest
of the.party of the fir at pert of, in and to Little Neck Road ad-
joining said premises on the vest to the center- line thereof.
TOGETHER also with all the right, title and interest
of the party of .the first part of, in and to any meadow, land
adjoining said premises.
SAID premises above described being and intended to be
the first parcel described in a certain deed from Albort B. Strohson
and others to George B. McKay and Edna M. McKay, his wife dated
July 9 1927 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clark's Office on
July, 1� 1927 in Liber 1283 of deeds at page 81, said premises having
thereafter been conveyed by. George B.McKey .and Edna M.McKay, his wife,
to Edna M. McKay by deed dated October 5, 1932 and recorded in said
Clerk's Office on July 19, -1933 in Liber 1723 of deeds atpage 111+9
and subsequently conveyed by Edna.M. McKay to said George B. McKay
by deed dated May 9 1945 and recorded in said Clerk's Office on
June 20, 1945 in Liter 2456 of deeds at page 564.
