The west forty (40) feet of Lot #61 and the east twenty-five
(25) feet of Lot #62 as shown on Amended Map of Mattituck Heights
#1184 filed in the County C1erk3a Office, Suffolk County,New York
on July 24, 1935.
TOGETHER with the use in common with others of a right of way
8 feet wide to and from Wickham Avenue to Long Creek, a branch of
Mattituok Bay, to pass and repass on foot only, said right of way
r..� commencing at the northerly junction of Middle Road and Wickham
Avenue, at a concrete monument, running in a westerly direction
eight (8) feet; thence running in a northerly direction 130 feet
parallel with the boundary of Hubert W, Klein and Gustav Bayer, to
mean highwater maxis of Long Creek; thenoe running in an easterly
direction 8 feet along Long Creek to land of Hubert Klein; thence
running in a southerly direction along the western boundary line of
Hubert W. Klein 130 feet to a oonorete monument, the northerly
junction of MiddleRoadand Wickham Avenue, the point or place of
beginning.
