APPLICATIONS FOR PEP, MITS UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE WETLAND ORDINANCE OF

(2) spiles, James Creek, Mattituck.
Trustee Smith: Are there any comments on this application of John R. Dempsey.
We have the been advised that the Conservation Advisory Council has tabled
this application. We will not make our determination on this application
until we have the comments from the C.A.C.
Martin Garrell, C.A.C.: What is the number of the application?
Secretary: It's application no. 456. Linde said that the C.A.C. wanted
a group inspection. There was a question regarding the neighbors, that they
came to the meeting?
Martin Garrell, C.A.C.: Yes.
Roy L. Haje, Pres., Eh-Consultants, Inc.: Roy L. Haje for the applicant John
Dempsey. The project is rather small in scale. It will be for private use
for the landowner. It will not extend very far out into the waterway. We have
kept it in as close as possible and still make it useable. There is not much
water in that end of the canal. I have not heard any comments from the
neighbors. If their are some I would like to know what they are?
Martin Garrell, C.A.C.: I think you should talk to Jeannie Marriner. She was
the one who raised the question and thought that we should all look at this
project.
Trustee Smith: Do any of the Trustees have any further comments? No comments?
Hearing no further comments, I close this public hearing. We will vote on this
as soon as we gee the comments from the C.A.C.

Trustee Smith: Are nhere any comments on this application of John R. Dempsey.
We have the been advised that the Conservation Advisory Council has tabled
this application. We will not make our determination on this application
until we have the comments from the C.A.C.
Martin Garrell, C.A.C.: ~at is the number of the application?

a group inspection. There was a question regarding the neighbors, that they
came to the meeting?
Martin Garrell, C.A.C.: Yes.
Roy L. Haje, Pres., Eh-Consultants, Inc.: Roy L. Haje for the applicant John
Dempsey. The projec~ is rather small in scale. It will be for private use
for the landowner. It will not extend very far out into the waterway. We have
kept it in as close as possible and still make it useable. There is not much
water in that end of the canal. I have not heard any comments from the
neighbors. If their are some I would like ~o know what they are?
Martin Garrell, C.A.C.: I think you should talk to Jeannie Marriner. She was
the one who raised the question and thought that we should all look at this
project.
Trustee Smith: Do any of the Trustees have any further comments? No comments?
Hearing no further comments, I close this public hearing. We will vote on ~his
