-At its meeting held Tuesday, July 21~ 1992 the CAC made the follow-
lng recommendations:
On a motion by Stephen Angell~ seconded by Robert Keith, it was
RESOLVED to recom~Nend to the Southold Trustees a_p_p_roPal with s
with stipulations of the Wetland Applibation of Linda Ta~art

and gift shop with access driveway and parkingw~ ONLY AFTER there
is independent approval as approrpiate to the site by the Planning
Board and ZBA will the CAC recommend approval of the project'
as environmentally sound with the following stipulations~ that

left it a natural sta~e~ and that no chemicals be permitted for
storage or use on the site.

This letter is to request a waiver of the permit requirements of the
placement of a temporary accessory shed (12' x 18') wi%hin 75 feet of
a tidal water body, located in the southern boatyard at the foot of Main
Street, New Suffolk.
The shed has #n~phone, electrical, or plumbing connections.
