RESOLVED to approve the application of Arthur David to place dock off private property at East Creek with the condition that it be built so that it is from twelve to eighteen inches above the existing grass. The fee for the 4' x 3' part of the dock that is below the high water mark is calculated at ten cents a square foot or $1.20 and the pilings at $1 per each or $2.00. The total fee due is $5 as that is the minimum fee for filing an application. Upon receipt of the fee the permit will be issued.
