I c~ and emphatically refuse to issue permission to Mrs. ~tO utilize ANY portion of my property in order to transpor~ her back yard. Such use of my l~nd is )ass, and'Mrs. D'Antonio has been instructed by my to cease ~oing so. T~e floating dock is currently situated on b~th Mrs. D'Antonlo's and Mrs. Sc~riefer.s property. If Mrs. Schrlefer has given Mrs. D'Antoni0 permission to utilize her property in this manner, then I wish to lodge this official complaint against her as well. I have tried unsuccessfully to rent my home for the past two seasons and have been unsuccessful due ONLY to the existence of this dock. I have several Real Estate Agencies and their respective salespeople willing to swear to this fact in court if necessary. Whereas I do not know whether or not I will be listing my property this winter for rental, or for sale I ~i~1 not sit idly by and allow this stored dock to so adversely affect ~y personal welfare. LOst rental dollar~ are indeed substantial. Page T~o · ' t I therefore must lnsls that you swiftly and severely prosecute Mrs. D,Antonlo herself, or ~4rs.
