WrMESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten ($10.00)

by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second pare,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever a 5/7 interest in
PARCEL I ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Village of Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suf-
folk, and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake on the westerly side of a certain roadway leading
from New Suffolk Avenue to Beachwood Colony and adjoining meadowland
of Arthur Downs on the south; running thence along said meadowland of
Arthur Downs, north 81 degrees 25 minutes 20 seconds west 148.28 feet
to a stake; running thence north 51 degrees 33 minutes 40 seconds west
65.40 feet; running thence north 72 degrees 27 minutes 10 seconds east
161.85' to the westerly side of the aforementioned roadway; running
thence south 21 degrees 21 minutes east along the westerly side of the
said aforementioned roadway 119.75 feet to the point and place of be-
ginning, and a 5/7 interest in .
PARCEL I ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village
of Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake set in the northeasterly corner of land described
in a boundary agreement dated the 22nd day of January, 1927, and re-
corded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 1256, pages 217
at. seq, on the 12th day of March, 1927, being also the northeasterly
corner of lands shown on a certain map of property filed and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office, to accompany said boundary agree-
ment, under No. 819, and being also the northeasterly corner of lands
heretofore conveyed by Oliver B. Goldsmith and Athelstane Kendrick, as
Executors, and another by deed dated the 7th day of July, 1923, and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on the 27th day of
August, 1923, in Liber 1078 of deeds, page 159, and

{, running thence in the extension easterly of the northerly line of land
conveyed by said deed and described in said boundary agreement and
map north 89 degrees 58 minutes 30 seconds east 85 feet more or less to
the westerly:line of a twenty-foot right-of-way over land formerly of
John Downs, running from New Suffolk Avenue southerly to land conveyed
by said deed and boundary agreement; thence along the line of said
right-of-way south 0 degrees 01-minutes 30 seconds east 37,48 feet more
or:leas to, through, and across said right-of-way as it turns in a
generally westward direction to the southerly side of said right-of-way;
thence along the southerly side of said right-of-way, south 74 degrees
42'minutes 0 seconds west 105 feet more or less to the easterly line
of landconveyedby said deed and described in said boundary agreement
and map; thence north 18 degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds east 67,10 feet
more or less to the point or place of beginning.
BEING the intention of the grantors herein to retain unto themselves
a 1/7 interest in the above described parcels with the further in-
tention to convey to the grantees all remaining interests in said
parcels held by the grantors so that by this conveyance and by the
conveyance executed by Ernest E. Belfi and Thorn Belfi, his wife,
dated September 21, 1960, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's y
Office on September 29, 1960, in Liber 4881, page 183. Each of the .
grantees (husband and wife to be deemed one grantee) shall have a
1/7. interest in said parcels, it being intended hereby to correct the
deed delivered by Ernest E. Belfi and his wife as heretofore mentioned,
