E. and Surveyor, Greenport, New York and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, New York on May 7, 1926, file number 806; more fully described as follows: BEGINNING at a monument set on the easterly side of Old Cove Road, said monument being at the intersection of lots number 354 and 355; thence running in a northerly direction along Old Cove Road N. 340 171 E. - 113.13 feet to lot number 353; thence running in an easterly direction along the southerly side of lot number 353 S. 550 041 E. - 217 feet to a pipe; thence running in a southerly direc8ion along the westerly side of lots number 372 and 371 S. 17 261 W. - 91 feet to a concrete monument; thence running in a westerly direction along the northerly side of lot number 355 N. 61 151 W. - 244.50 feet to a monument set in Old Cove Road, or the point or place of beginning. This is according to a survey-made April 17, 1961 by Otto W. VanTuyl and Sons for Donald L. Neustadt. Le Roy S. Reeve one of the parties of the first part herein being the same person as Le Roy S. Reeve one of the grantees in deed from Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc., dated May 19, 1926 recorded May 22, 1926 in Liber 1193 cp 31 and one of the grantees in deed from Morrison G.
