RUNNING THENCE Southwesterly along the Northwesterly line of
said Middle Road 114.3 feet to land now or formerly of Kenneth G.
Brown;
THENCE Northwesterly along said land of Brown 82.27 feet to land
now or formerly of Mildred G. Long and formerly of Clara Reeve;
T$ENCE Northeasterly along said land of Long 115 feet more or
less to the Southwesterly side of Maiden Lane; and
THENCE Southeasterly along the Southwesterly side of Maiden Lane
82,4 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED to be part of the premises conveyed.to
Stanley I. Naugles and Genevieve M. Naugles, his wife, as tenants by
the entirety, by deed dated February 20, 1947 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 3rd, 1947 in Liber 2691 at
page 129. Stanley I. Naugles, aka, Stanley Isadore Naugles, died a
resident of Suffolk County on December 3rd, 1956, survived by
Genevieve M. Naugles, his wife.
