valuable considerations paid by the part Lee of the Second part,
does hereby Pant and release unto the parties of the second part, their
heirs and aisipe forever, all that tract or psrcel of land,
with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate at Mattituck,
Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set on the northerly side of Sound Avenue
at the southwest corner of the premises herein descrined adjoining
land of Wolgo; running thence N. 190 06' 600 W. along said land of
Wolgo 205 feet to land of Harry and Mary Alderman; running thence
along said land of Alderman N. 800 49' E. 91.08 feet to a monument
and land of Stanley Pylko; running thence along said land of Stanley
Pylko S. 190 08' 200 E. 202.49 feet to a concrete monument and the
northerly side of Sound Avenue; running thence along the northerl$
side of Sound Avenue 2 course$ and distances a0 follows: (1)S. 75
00' W. 45.90 feet; thence (2) S. 830 41' 300 W. 45.10 feet to a
monument and the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party
of the first part of, in and to that portion of Sound Avenue adjacent
to said promisee to the center line thereof.
SUBJECT to an eight (8) foot right of way running along the
easterly line of said promises as contained in an Indenture bearing
date March 15, 1950 from Clifford A. Penny and Anna G. Penny, his
wife, to Harry Alderman and Mary Alderman, his wife, recorded in
Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3055 page 303 on Marsh 16, 1950
Being and intended to be the right-of-way conveyed by Harry Alderman
and Mary Alderman, his wife, to Joe Michalecko by dead dated January 2,
1957 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 42779
page 01.
