monument set at the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way across land formerly of George W.
Robinson now of Richard Holmes adjoining the Creek to Mill Road.
TOGETHER with a right of way 10 feet in width over lands of Joseph
Leo Grande adjoining the premises herein conveyed on the West and there-
after 20 feet in width over said land of Joseph Leo Grande and over land
of Maurice Galburt to Mill Road and subject, however, to a right of way
10 feet in width along the westerly part of the premises adjoining
Joseph Leo Grande.
