MASON and FLORA B. MASON, as Trustees under the Last Will and Testament of William H. Mason, deceased, and HARRY E. MASON, individually, both residing at New Suffolk, Town of Southold, Suffolk County of New York, parties of the second part W I T N E S S E T H That the party of the First part in consideration of the sum of One and 00/100--------------------------($1.00) Dollar to said Town duly paid before the delivery hereof doth hereby grant, bargain, sell and release unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, ALL that piece or parcel of land situate at Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and describe as follows: BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of the premises herein described adjoining land of Brower's WoodsAssocla- tion, Inc. on the south and running thence along said land of Brower's Woods Association, Inc., N. 836 171 20" W. 230 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark as filled; thence northerly along the last described line about 90 feet to land now or formerly of Preston and other thence along the last described land, N. 730 141 00" E. 210 feet, more or less, to said ordinary high water mark as found in 1950; thence southeasterly and then southerly along said high water mark of 1950 about 220 feet to the Point of BEGINNING. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above mentioned and described premises with the appurtenances unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever.
