and described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the southwesterly
line of New Suffolk Avenue at the northeasterly corner of the Clifford
Case Estate and the northwesterly earner of land of Stanley G. Case; from
said point of beginning running along said southwesterly line of New
Suffolk Avenue, 3 courses as follows: (1) South 630 31' 10" East a
''. distance of 10.97 feet; thence (2) South 400 52' 30" East a distance of
Ali 53.36 feet; thence (3) South 230 101 30" East a distance of 212.89 feet;
j. thence along land formerly of Corrine B. Case, on the direct extension
inortherly of the easterly line of land of the party of the second part,

northeasterly corner of said land of the party of tie second part; thence

Clifford Case Estate, North 30 50' 50" East a distance of 292.55 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 0.704 acre, ,according to a survey
of otto W. Van Tuyl & Son dated August 14, 1959.
SUBJECT to a 15 foot right of way .across the southerly end of the
premises contained in deed from Stanely G. Case to the party of the first
part herein dated September 28, 1959 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on October 8, 1959 in Liber 4706 of deeds, Page 128, this deed
being and intended to convey to the party of the second part the same
premises as contained in said deed.
