erly direction, heretofore conveyed to Harrison Smith, Rose Rodhenburg
and William Eastman.
Excepting also, that portion of Parcel I hereinabove described whL:h

erly prolongation to Bergen Avenue of that boundary of slid Parcel 1
which runs South 220 511 50" East.

PARCEL 2. All that certain piece, plot or parcel of land situate
lying and being in said Mattituck having a point of beginning at the
Southerly end of that course comprised in the easterly boundary line
of said Parcel 1 which runs South 22° 511 50" East 295 and 93/100 feet;
running thence in prolongation of the course just mentioned South
22° 51' 50" East of said Parcel 1; running thence along said Parcel
1 North 85° 91 40" East; running thence still along said Parcel 1
North 19° 551 10" West 305 and 51/100 feet; and running thence still

along said Parcel 1 north 630 361 10" Fast 111 and 70/100 feet to
the said point of beginning.
All the above courses and distances for both Parcels 1 and 2 are
taken from a map entitled: "Map of Property belonging to James
Lindsay at 11Mttituck, Southold Township, Suffolk County, N.Y."
"Surveyed by A. 0. Smith, Civ, Eng. Greenport, N.Y. March 1906."
Containing sixty acres of land without any of the shore front, beach
or cliff which extends along Long Island Sound.
PARCEL 3. All that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being
in Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, and bounded
and described as follows: On the South by Bergen Avenue;'.on the West
by land formerly of Thomas H. Bergen; on the North by land formerly of
George H. Howard and on the East by other land of the Grantor,
Mary E. Lindsay, this day conveyed to William A. Lindsay and wife,
the boundary being the center line of a roadway one and one half
rods wide running through the premises of the Grantor, Mary E.
Lindsay.
Subject to the easement of record of that portion of the roadway
passing over the premises herein conveyed.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the Grantor,
Mary E. Lindsay of, in and to Bergen Avenue adjacent to said premises
to the center line thereof.
Containing by estimation about 5 acres be the same more or less. Being
and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed to the Grantor,
Bury E. Lindsay by deed of Agnes E. Goldsmith as Executrix of Last Will
& Testament of Anna L. Cox deceased, recorded Liber 677 op. 525.
