to a concrete monument set in the northerly side of Mein Road; thence
running S. 42 20t 1011 W. along the northerly side of Main Road a
distance of 61.97 feet to the point or place of beginning.

of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Sarah M. MCDerm tt
to Anthony M. LoCastro by deed dated December 2nd, 1959 and recorded
December 9th, 1959 in Liber 4737, Page 147 of deeds in the Office of
the Clark of the County of Suffolk.
