BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Iola L.
Bergen to Boleslaw S. Kruk and Sophie Kruk, his wife, by deed dated
December 23, 1943 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
December 29, 1943 in Liber 2332 of deeds at page 405, Boleslaw S.
Kruk having died on August 6, 1959, this being a correction deed to
properly describe the starting point.
