WILSBERG an BARBARA M. WILSBERG, his wife, of Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York, parry of the first part, and DORIS E. JENKINS, formerly known as DORIS E. WILSBERG, Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second pare,the heirs or suececams and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and beingibcim at Mattituck, i>p the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and being more fully bounded and described as follows: td BEGINNING at a point on th t course of the westerly line of Olejule Lane which rune N. 80 $8 50" W. 25.0 feet northerly along said course from the initial p int of said course;, being the north- easterly corner of other land f the parties of the first part; running along Bald other land 9qf the parties of the first part; S. 72° O1' 50" W. 210.91 feet to a po#nt which is 10 feet westerly from the easterly edge of a proposed dr1}dged channel; thence northerly on a line 10 feet westerly from said easterly edge of said proposed dredged channel, 125 feet, morl or less; thence along land now or formerly of Julius Zebroski, N. 890 12' 30" E. 210.50 feet to said westerly line of Ole,1ule Lane; .thence along said westerly line of Olejule Lane, two (2) courses, sets follows: (1) S. 140 09' 50" W. 20.0 feet; thence (2 S. 80 581. 50" E. 45.0 feet to the point of BEGINNING. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the first part, if any, in and to Olejule Lane in front of and adjacent to the above described premises to the center line thereof. TOGETHER with a right of way, if any, over a certain 25 foot Private Road leading from the southerly line of New Suffolk Avenue southerly to Peconic Bay. TOGETHER with a free and unobstructed use of the channel lying in front of and adjacent to said premises. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises heretofore conveyed by George A. McCarthy and Helen H. McCarth , his wife, to the parties of the first part by deed dated October 15-, 1957 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 22nd, 1957 in Liber 4380 page 388, and SUBJECT to the covenants and restrictions contained in former instruments of record, if any, and any state of facts an accurate survey may show.
