125.0 feet to other land of the party of the second part; thence along
said other land of the party of the second part and along land of Droogan
S. 75P 46t 00" W. 112.58 feet; thence along land conveyed or about to
be conveyed by the party of the first part to the party of the second
part, N. 12" 081 10" W. 131.75 feet to said southerly line of Oak Drive;
thence along said southerly line of Oak Drive, N. 79" 121 10" E. 112.53
feet to the point of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record, affecting said
premises. .
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed by Harry E.
Mason and Flora B. Mason, as Trustees under the Last Will and Testament
of William H. Mason, deceased, and Harry E. Mason, Individually, to
Curtis William Horton and Mary Jane Horton, his wife, by deed dated
June 23, 1961 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 29,
1961 in Liber 5008 of deeds at page 439, this being a correction deed
to express the full consideration.which was omitted in said former deed.
